RETURNS :

You can return your purchases within 2 weeks from date of delivery, provided the item tag is intact, the item is unworn and unwashed.

You will receive a refund into your credit card of an amount equivalent to the original price paid for the item once we have received your item in original condition. 

Pink Murmur will bear the shipping costs of the return if the item exceeds S$150 for customers in Singapore and $200 for customers outside of Singapore.

Please contact us via the "contact form" on our website or send an email directly to support@pinkmurmur.com once you have shipped out the items so that we can expedite the refund.

 

EXCHANGE for faulty items:

An exchange can be done if the item is faulty, subject to stock availability. 

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Pink Murmur will bear the cost of mailing the new item to you.

However the shipping charges of returing the defective item will be borne by the customer.

Please contact us at support@pinkmurmur.com to inform us of the defect.

Should there be no stock of the same size/item, Pink Murmur will refund the original price paid for the item to you.

 

EXCHANGE for wrong sizes :

An exchange for an item of the wrong size can be done, subject to stock availability. The item tag must be intact, the item is unworn and unwashed.

Pink Murmur will bear the shipping costs of shipping the new item to you. However the shipping charges of returning the item will be borne by the customer.

Please contact us at support@pinkmurmur.com to confirm availabity and to reserve the size you wish to change to before you return the item.

We recommend that customers use a mode of delivery that has tracking capability.

Should there be no stock of the size you wish to exchange to, Pink Murmur will refund the original price paid for the item to you.
